Baby Its Cold

and what better place to be .... snuggled under my latest crochet blanket.

actually its still a work in progress measuring 5' x 3', despite being snuggled under it as I work on it...lol

Several times dh found me in the tv room snuggled under his blanket, which I gave him a week ago and started calling me an Indian Giver...lol. So to put that name to rest I immediately began working on this one solely for me.

Like the other blanket this one is a simple freestyle blanket using Red Heart and Caron Simply Soft yarns and an I Hook. I did a row of shell stitches in the center, but majority of the blanket is single crochet, which makes it a quick project.

Love the blanket, that's something I have yet to make, maybe 2009 will be the year. And I love your
socks I've been telling all my friends to check them out on your blog.

Looks very warm and toasty!

I would eventually like to knit an afghan - I have a couple in mind but haven't been able to tear myself away from the sweaters just yet. Someday...
