Sheila - I don't share your love of podcasts but I did listen to yours and you sound just like you do when you are holding a conversation with you! The dresses are beautiful and definitely look like you and if you make more podcasts I will definitely listen.

I love the idea of the podcast...I'm listening now, it's great! I, too, will be listening for more. I have this pattern , but was skeptical about it, not sure if I would like it. But, I'm rethinking this this one. :) Your fabrics are great! Maybe I'll give it a try. The fact that it's only 4 pcs. is a plus for me. :)
Thanks again for the podcast!

I never would have thought about making this dress. Yours look great!

Your dresses are absolutely stunning Sheila! Not sure I'm real keen on the podcasts idea yet, although yours sounds very nice! Since I'm a visual person, not sure I'll be jumping on the idea too soon.

Thanks for the podcast! I enjoyed listening. I used to live in NY, and it was fun to hear that NY flavor in your voice. I also enjoyed hearing about your dresses - they're beautiful! Please do more - dresses & podcasts.

Wouldn't you know - I couldn't get the podcast to play/load. I so wanted to hear your voice, but I enjoyed looking at the pretty dresses anyway.

I love listening to you. I've not listened to a lot of podcasts, but I've enjoyed those I do. I would have never guessed you were a rectangle, your garments really camouflage it. Keep podcasting and I'll keep listening! Melodye

Hey there! I love listening to podcasts too and you can read minds. I was thinking a few days ago that you should do a podcast. You sew and knit and crochet and more and I have no doubt you'd be great at this too. I'm too chicken to try one, but I can certainly encourage others to. Anyway, I'm very happy you are doing this. I enjoyed the podcast and will be happy to hear more. Btw, great dresses! Thanks!

Thanks for your feedback & compliment.

Alethia & Adelaide: give the pattern a try and will stay tuned for a review.. smiling.

Myra: I am also a visual person, especially when it involves instructions for making something... I need those pictures...lol

SewOm.... I love your term New York Flavor...

Faye: what message occurs when you click on the link. I know it works in Media Player.. do you have that uploaded. As for my voice... just think of a female Barry White....lol

Anonymous: Because my body is a vertical rectangle.. I favor wrap dress that will give the illusion of waist shaping or try to wear a belt/sash.

Mary Sarah: If I can do it... you can to and it was so much easier than trying to write out a post...lol

GodsgirlT:... Definitely do it.... I will be waiting.

Hi Sheila - great to hear your voice! Podcasting - very interesting - how did you actually do it? I've only heard of them for radio shows - I didn't realise that lots of people do it!! 99 cent patterns - do you guys realise HOW LUCKY you are to get patterns so cheap??? Great dress!! You have some funny sayings!! So cool to hear your voice!

Thanks again Everyone.

@ Gay: To record the podcast I used an app via my Tablet called H-Q MP3/recorder. Uploaded the recording to my laptop and drag & dropped into a hosting service called DropBox, which provides a url to allow me to embed it into my blog.

I truly enjoy the .99 sales at Joanns and don't think I would be able to purchase as many at the regular price.
