Well actually this skirt is for my daughter and figured I would audition it for her. This is another take on
Hectanooga1's crochet skirt. For this version I used
Red Heart Super Saver in claret, single crocheted for 8", shell stitch for 3-1/2", single crochet for 2", then repeat. Fully lined, attaching it to a 1" non-roll elastic, and zig zagged stitched to skirt waist.
Paired the skirt with an Astrophe v-neck sweater, 9west ankle boots, Loft skinny belt & Legs Expression Tights....
There's not much else to say about this skirt, except its a quick project and a great way to add diversity to any wardrobe.

OK, Ms sexyyyyy! love the bootsss!
Very pretty!
Cute!
I'm with Alethia - "Ms. Sexy" - looking good as usual. But, I still have to ask, where the heck is Savannah's skirt or dress?
You go, Sheila!
Thank you Ladies.
Rosie, Savannah is a hot mess. Matter of fact we put her coat on and she had the nerve to continuously roll around in in the snow, came in the house sopping wet. Drove me bat shyt crazy.
Another great skirt! Are you sure your daughter is going to end up with it?! :)
Thanks Carolyn, sadly I must send it to her. However, before I drop it in the mailbox, I need to shorten the lining, I noticed it was a tad too long. I have one more skirt on my hook and it will be for me.
I'm so impressed by those who crochet! I can't believe you made a (totally awesome) skirt! What a great snowy weekend outfit.
Thank you Clio. It was the perfect project to finish over the snowy weekend... quick & mindless.
I'm going to make one of these. I have to say that you are one of the sexiest women in sewing. I love the way you style your outfits. You always look fantastic!
Awesome - love the whole outfit!!
Thank you Carol for an Awesome compliment. Now if I could drop the winter weight and visit your closet.
Looking forward to your crochet skirt.
Thank you Mardi Gras Diva.
You completed this over a weekend??!! The word impressed is not enough! I love the total look on you! Your daughter is a very lucky lady!
Hi Myra and Thank you. I am not that fast, I started it during the week and finished it over the weekend.
Okay, that was kind of fast. How very cute and why is it that EVERYTHING you put on looks Sexy ? How do you do that ? LOL !
You look super cool in this skirt. You've done such a great job.
Oh, dang! I love it! LOVE< LOVE< LOVE it!
I am also a fan of Hectanooga1's projects. Since I don't knit or crochet I've enjoyed her craft projects.
