Although I enjoy sewing, I also love buying clothes, and my favorite items to buy are blazers and pants. Normally, 2 days out of the week my entire ensemble is RTW and most often than not its a suit.
On any given day, I can be found looking for that perfect jacket to pair with pants & vice versa. This jacket from Sears was finally paired with loft linen pants. Of course, I modified the jacket by shortening the sleeves. I have several beige pants but, it wasn't the right shade of beige and initially paired the jacket with a dress, it was okay with the dress for that day, but knew I had to find the perfect oatmeal colored pants. Finally, found the pants and it matches the snakeskin print blazer perfectly and topped it off with a peach Walmart tank top.
Being on a seek and buy venture for jackets and/or pants is such thrill, especially when the end result successfully yields a great looking suit.
If you haven't been to Sears lately, check them out they have nice blazers that can fill a gap in anyone's wardrobe as well as the Loft.
Until then have a Great July 4th.
