OOTD w/ S1266 + M6796 + N6351

Happy Wednesday All and hoping everyone's week is smooth sailing.

With the New Year in full effect, I am taking stock of my wardrobe and looking at what items & patterns played a major part throughout the past year and these are sure fire pieces/patterns:

Modified Simplicity 1266 vest:  It served me well throughout the year with its versatility... perfect for pairing over a t-shirt & jeans, over a dress and of course with a skirt.

Modified McCalls 6796 pullover top, I've made this top so many times and perfect under suits whether long or short sleeves, perfect with jeans or skirt....

and New Look 6351 pull-on pant .......... loooooooove this pant pattern, and the fit was spot on and works up well in a variety of fabrics.

So off to pull out some fabrics to get started on making a few more of these pieces.

Until then,
Have a Great Evening !!

You always know how to build fun pieces into a professional look. Have you posted any patterns that I did not want to run out to buy? I don't think so.

You look so professional yet not stuffy! I agree with Seamslike Sarita - I too buy the patterns you post! I love the vest idea - here in the Desert Southwest, jackets are too warm for most of the year, a vest would be terrific!

Thank you Cherie ! So glad I inspire your pattern purchases. Vests have become my interim jacket.
